A:AnswerYou can use it for other carriers as long as they also use att network. I use mine with another company but they use att SIM cards for their Network. Straight talk uses Verizon and wouldn't work. Although they do make various versions so they might have a Verizon nighthawk version.
A:AnswerYes. The hotspot has one Ethernet port. Plug a Ethernet cable in the hotspot and the other end in the internet port to the dvr for the cameras. I have my hotspot plugged to my home router (in the internet port ) and connect all my devices to my home router . Works great .
A:AnswerThis is not an unlocked device. But from what I read from others you should be able to get it unlocked pretty easily. Just go to AT&T website and find the device unlocking form. If it’s a fully paid device AT&T should approve the unlock with out having service from AT&T.

A:AnswerAs long as you have the hotspot on a service plan and get a 4g LTE signal it will give a wifi signal. They also make a device that plugs into the obd2 port of your car for wifi.
