• I don’t know about the warranty, but I took the sim out of my At&t phone & used it in the prepaid phone. There were no problems.

• It does not come with a year of Apple care you have to pay for that on your own also yes you can use your att prepaid sim or an att sim either or I hope this helps have a great day!
