My part time retirement job is at a campground in between two major Civil War battlefields where no cell phone towers are allowed and reception is notoriously poor. I get calls through when other phones fail. Internet reception on AT&T works even when I run out of my dinky 1GB high speed allotment.

A:AnswerIt is coming with SIM card. You can purchase it already activated or activate at home. I just inserted my old activated SIM and it worked just fine.
