“The 35.8" for height, is that for the secondary riser part in the back that you would put a monitor on? Because that seems way too high for the main part of the desktop. The old table I have now in my room is about 30" and that's as high as I want to go.”

Just measured the top of main desk. You're correct about the monitor riser. The top surface of the main desk is 29.25" from the ground. Hope this helps. I've enjoyed it so far for my xbox gaming.
