Q: QuestionOur power adapter dosen't always charges. The blue light, I'm assuming that's when it charges, it's not always on and I have to move it around until it goes on. What can I do with it so it charges?

• A:Answer Get small paper clip and open it take the end an slowly clean the port out I did it on phone and now works great lint gets in there that’s how Apple tells to do it.
