Q: QuestionIs the tonearm downward pressure adjustable?
Asked by Pablo.
- A:Answer In researching further, and conversing with AT support direct (via eMail), the tonearm has a downward force of, in their estimate, 3.5 grams (for me, this is too heavy). Per my research, recommended is (as light as possible to keep from skipping), or between 2.0 to 3.0 grams.

Asked by Rosalie.
This question was asked about the related product: Audio-Technica - Audio Technica AT-LP60X-GM Turntable Gunmetal - Black/Gunmetal

This plastic piece is the size of the hole in a 45 RPM record. Place the plastic piece over the turntable spindle. Also set the record speed button on the front left to 45 and the record size lever on the bottom right corner of the turntable to 7”. Then your turntable will be set to play 45 RPM records. If your turntable is missing this round plastic piece, check if it is still in the packing box. If it is missing, contact the manufacturer.
