This HDMI cable can handle more than 18gbps, or more accurately, it's compatible with 4K/60, HDR and HDCP2.2 and can handle the highest possible current resolution.

Speed is misleading. It's not how fast the cable can carry the signal but how much information it can carry. Ocean is an HDMI 2.0 cable which can handle in excess of 18gbps, which it means it is fully compatible with 4K/60, HDR and HDCP2.2. In other words, it can handle the highest possible resolution available today.
