A:Answer Apple does not play well with these devices, although they claim to be apple compatible. It took me countless hours of research and customer support to connect to my Apple TV ... with spotty service at best, so I did the next best dumb thing I purchased the junk box "bridge" which lasted a little over a year before it died..... August has great affordable products but the manufacturing and materials are so atrocious that it's impossible to recommend the August name brand.... But as the adage goes "you get what you pay for"....
