- Answer Thank you for the question! Warranty is handled by Aventon directly through our website. If customers feel comfortable handling the work we are happy to provide the parts. If they are more comfortable having the work done elsewhere we can provide a list of authorized dealers who can perform the work under warranty.

- Answer It does come in in a good Box Box and his pack well. But does require some assembly. Front wheel, handlebars and petals.
