• I don't think there is anything special to do. In Chicago my understanding is there is only one vhf channel. CBS. This channel has always been hard to pick up with indoor antenna. What has worked in the past with other antennas was to run the auto tuner feature multiple times while holding it in different positions. That may work with this product, unfortunately i haven't tried it yet with this antenna.

• No settings you have to do. All antenna will depend on your house and tv location. I live here in California with 95129 zipcode. I got all the channels UHF and VHF except for Kron 4, but there are days and time I got no signal or bad reception on ABC 7.
