• A:Answer you need to buy the right backbone. iphone 15 changed the charging port from lightning to usb-c. this is the usb-c version so it wouldnt work with earlier versions of iphone. so you buy the backbone that has a lightning connector for your situation, or buy the iphone 15 with this one...

• A:Answer hopefully you bought the protection plan or are a Total Tech member, if so, I was able to bring mine in for a full refund/swap. My protection plan was for 2 years and my left side stopped working after a year into using it. Best Buy protection plans are pretty amazing and they've always helped me out without any hassle or headache!
