- Answer I've had mine since the end of 2018 and not once have I had an issue with moisture of any kind. However, I've not fully submerged myself in water wearing these. Ive been splashed and had water dumped on my head but I haven't stayed wet long enough to know how well they would hold up. I will also mention, the first generation Powerbeats Wireless had a rubber lip that protected sweat/water from getting into the charging port. These don't but are still some how waterproof. Just an Idea to think about if you were looking to listen to music wile swimming or something like that.

- Answer They come with a cord to charge. You will need to plug into a USB box to plug into the wall. Or you can use your computer's usb port. It comes with a rubber type case. Open on one end. Sort of oval shaped.

Questiondo these still maintain the one year manufacture warranty the last pair i purchased had to be replaced 3 X by apple due to the inability to charge them and the issues occurred 3 months after purchase

- Answer For my set, yes, it came with 1 year manufacturer warranty and with all acessories and looked new with no sign of wear.

- Answer The sales assistant told me when I bought mine that some are refurbished but others are opened box items. Because unlike TVs they had to replace parts like the rubber ear pieces in order to resale it.

- Answer They would have to be refundable, but probably on a tight timeline. They come in a box, but not the original packaging. They do come with all of the original pieces, but NOT with instructions of any sort. They have all new, different size ear pieces, and a soft case that splits by squeezing it. Mine were a bit wadded up in the box. If you're worried about getting your money worth, I'd buy some cheap ones.
