You should be able to when you log into your belkin account online and go to your network settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Log in to the setup utility. Enter your password as prompted. At the main screen scroll down and locate WIFI under advanced settings. Click Network Name. Uncheck the box next to Broadcast SSID under both 2.3 and 5 GHz columns. Save settings and this should work after reboot. Note that Wifi Protected Setup will be disabled on the device when you do this.

Please try again later.you can hide the ssid broadcast go to dashboard, advanced settings, wi-fi, security, network name - there is a box to check/uncheck broadcast ssid.. uncheck this box and your ssid will not be broadcast btw, this router invokes norton safe which can filter web sites that you go to. i entered a known valid website that norton safe refused to let me get to, so i had to turn off all filtering. norton did not provide a white list capability. i will never buy another belkin router.
