• If you're asking how to connect to the manufacturer website then that is www.belkin.com. If you're asking how to setup the device, then you should read the instructions that came with the extender. They were pretty clear.

• Try refreshing your PC's network after plugging into the Belkin, also it can take a minute or two for the Extender to finish booting up. It could be a defective unit too.

• You must ensure that the pc you are using to configure the extender is not connected to a router or a Modem, either by ethernet cable or wirelessly. Then the extender must be connected to the COMPUTER using an ethernet cable. Then restart the Belkin extender, and if necessary, restart the computer AND disable any frewall that may be stopping the extender from negotiating with your computer. You should be able to follow the written instructions once you establish these conditions.
