QuestionCan this be used with "HP - Spectre x360 2-in-1 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD"? Also will it support charging pass-through?

- Answer Hi! As long as your laptop is USB-C 3.1 enabled and running Windows 7 or later, then you can use it with this dock. Computers with USB-C 3.0 / 2.0 ports will only support data transfer, not video. The front USB-C port will support up to 60 W of power output for charging your laptop. Only the front USB-C and USB-A ports support ghost charging as well.

QuestionI have a 2016 MacBook Pro 15in. The power brick that came with it says 87w but this hub only pushes 60w. Is 60w still sufficient to run the laptop or would I have to use my standard charger alongside the hub?

- Answer Hi. The Belkin USB-C™ Express Dock 3.1 HD should be able to charge your MBP 2016 and most USB-C enabled laptops.

QuestionI forgot to add that it was USB-C to USB C hook up on the external harddrive so wanted to know if the battery USB-C was Battery only for a phone ?? or if could transfer data through your computer docking station to my external harddrive docking station ?

- Answer Hi. Yes, you can hook up an external hard drive to the dock and use it with the connected laptop. The maximum transfer speeds for the USB-C ports is 5Gbps.
