A:AnswerI just bought this device tonight and I could only get my monitors to mirror one another and not extend the display. After contacting Belkin and chatting for 20 minutes they informed me that all it is supposed to do is mirror the display and not extend it.

A:AnswerYou can purchase an hdmi switch. With that you connect any sources like game console, computer,blu ray player or even a chromecast of the switch and run the out to your TV. Some switches have auto sensing and know which source is active or maybe use a remote to select your source. I got one with 5 inputs and just pick the one I need and can watch on the big TV.
