Yes, Logan. You can plug a PS4 and a TV into this Belkin Travel Portable Charger. You just need to make sure that it's plugged into a wall.

Please try again later.Yes, you can plug any AC device/ electronic into it but it will NOT run on battery power, only the USB port has access to the battery in the product. But like any other Belkin power product it will protect your TV & PS4 from the plug outlets. The USB outlet will charger you connected USB device, but when the rockstar is plugged into the wall outlet it will charge them from wall power, but if power goes out or the rockstar is disconnected from the wall, the USB port is then powered by the internal battery in the rockstar. The other outlets are for your convenience when it’s already plugged into the wall; you can still plug 2 things in while it’s using an outlet to charge. I was disappointed in this product. I thought I would be able to charge more than one device at one time; using botj USB or traditional outlet.
