QuestionCan I plug the adapter into my front USB-c port and use the additional USB-c port on the adapter to plug in my charger, to charge my MacBook Pro? The rear USB-c port is no longer functional, so I can not charge and use a peripheral device simultaneously

- Answer Hi Maureen! Yes. The AVC006 supports USB-C PD with passthrough charging up to 100W. Power can also be supplied by the USB-C port on your computer or by connecting an external power supply.

QuestionThis adapter worked fine for me for 2 months, then all of a sudden the monitor connected through the adapter showed 'hdmi no signal' and turned black. The same monitor works when plugged directly to computer. Any ideas about possible solutions? Thanks.

QuestionI bought this and it doesn't show up on my list of drives on my Gateway GWTN141-5. I tried it on a HP laptop and it works. So, thought the port on my Gateway was broken, but tried a different multiport adapter on my Gateway and it works fine. Any ideas

- Answer It depends on the connection types used by the monitors... Using 1 USB-c port on your computer (to connect the hub) you can plug in 1 USB-C device, 2 USB-A devices, and 1 HDMI device.
