• Most foods are cooked best 8 hours on low. You can cook meals on high for four hours but meats tend to be tougher and drier. I always cook my meals on low for 8 hours then you can put it on warm until you’re ready to eat. Reynolds’s also sells liners so clean up is easier and it extends the life of your crockpot.
