“Got this air fryer 2-3 weeks ago, when used at 400 ,stem comes out from the upper left-hand corner of the door. When operated at other temps even 395 works fine. so far only used it twice so not even cleaning issue. anyone had this issue?”

I haven't, but I wouldn't worry about it, since it is meant to vent air in normal operation. Also, were you cooking the same thing at 395 and 400? Something with a higher water content would be more likely to produce steam than something without. Conversely, it might be fat, not water, that is being exhausted.
