“On steaming milk I push the steam preheat button and after flashing stops I turn the knob to steam and nothing happens. I have to push the preheat button again and again for a few seconds of steam. What am I doing wrong?”

You need to turn the knob to the middle as if you’re going to queue a shot of coffee. Once that’s done, press the preheat button until it stops flashing. At that point, you have preheated the steam wand. Now turn the knob to the steam setting and it should steam your milk. Hope that helps!
