- Answer I purchased the Bella Pro because I also read that it had a delay timer, but when I got it home I discovered that it didn't. I contacted the Bella customer service about the delay feature and with their apologies it was confirmed that it does not have a programmable delay timer.

QuestionI bought this and have used it twice. I have tried to make soup in it, starting off on high, and it didnt ever even boil or cook the soup much, after about 6 hours I had to cook it on the stove. Is this normal? Any suggestions?

QuestionOurs is no longer heating at all. Panel lights up and works to select mode. However, there is absolutely no heat. There are no incidents that would have damaged it. Thoughts on fixing? Of course, it is out of the warranty period
