It does not have a filter, it’s pretty easy to dump

When you turn to strain it has a really fine filter then the oil is stored in a plastic tub underneath. Once drained wipe out the crispy bits with a towel. If not kept up with sediment will form at the bottom, fry times will take longer and its takes hours of scraping to get it clean.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It only heated for maybe 4 minutes so really did not use enough but always spray with some oil prior to playing your food in and dropping in hot oil
