We leave our oil in the fryer and strain in the strainer at the bottom of the fryer once a month. Unless we fry shrimp then we drain and replace

Please try again later.now if it's not burn from cooking alot it has to be change, but you can use it for 4 days ,then change, it really depends on what you cook and how much you cook all in all it can last a couple days, now also if you don't deal with a lot of cooking with flour it will be great
