- Answer I think Google can help with that more than BestBuy. Your phone's "autocorrect" missed the mark (it may be on strike). By using some "Sherlock Holmes sleuthing techniques", I can assume you're looking for something that can power your USB powered heating pad? I think a power brick may be of more use to you than this passively USB hub (USB splitter, like an extension cord with 4 plugs at one end, basicly).

- Answer Yes, it should be. Even a Mac Laptop has USB connections, so this will plug into it just fine. USB connections are pretty universal, so I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't be compatible with it.
