QuestionIn a previous question, you said Total Tech includes open-box. I just bought an open-item and I asked for the protection plan but the answer was that since it's an open-item fair, it does not qualify for a protection plan. Where is this exclusion stated?

If you were interested in mounting your TV, you would have to purchase the mount separately (or at the same time as the TV), plus you would have to pay for the TV Connect & Mounting service for us to install and mount it on the wall. - Answer I was a little skeptical on letting geek squad instal my parts. They quoted me 20 days for the install of all the parts in my desktop gaming computer but I’m very happy with them they had my computer done in one day and everything worked out great! And yes the membership helped because I only bought the parts and never got charged for them installing the parts

- Answer Remote services to set up a printer are included with My Best Buy Total. If you wanted us to come to your home to set up a printer, that would be an extra charge. We are typically unable to set up a printer in store.
