    • Answer Hey there, If you have a Best Buy Total Tech Support Membership and your Galaxybook2 Pro 360 is not working properly, you can return it to Best Buy for a store credit. You do not have to get a new one if you don't want to. To return your Galaxybook2 Pro 360, simply bring it to your local Best Buy store with your receipt and Total Tech Support Membership card. A Best Buy employee will be able to help you process the return and issue you a store credit. Keep in mind that you may need to pay a restocking fee if you return your Galaxybook2 Pro 360 after 15 days. You can check Best Buy's return policy for more details. I hope this helps! One of the most popular benefits of Totaltech is free in-home installation of a new TV purchased from Best Buy, when scheduled during the purchase transaction. This includes mounting that new television to the wall, even if you have an existing TV in that spot. We would unmount the existing TV and then put up the new one. You specifically asked about moving the existing TV to another room, and our agents are generally happy to help out with that. If part of that "moving" process includes setting up that old TV in the other room, and/or mounting that existing TV to the wall, that would incur some additional (discounted!) charges, but just moving it would be free. And haul away of an existing TV is also included for free with any TV purchase, for our valued Totaltech members.

You can purchase totaltech for $199 at anytime, and all purchases going forward that offer an extended warranty, will be provided automatically for 2 years as long as you remain a TotalTech Member.

    • Answer Omg. Please read this. It will not. That’s NOT cover you. I spent hours on with them today to get nowhere and ultimately they will charge you to come and diagnose your washer and dryer. Claiming that the repair will be cover once they do. Which is also untrue. Then. If you give up like I did and pay for the call. You will realize that you aren’t even on with someone who can really schedule you. They will tell you someone “should call you within 48 hrs” to see if they can get you onto a schedule with a third party. If you’ve ever been down this road before you know where it’s headed. Save your money and use it when the machine breaks to pay a repair man. Stop giving it to these companies.

Typically for more complex issues they will need to check in the device to run full diagnostics and then repair what they find. These diagnostics can take several hours by themselves. If the issue is something that they can quickly see and repair, they may be able to do it within that 20 minute timeframe. For the issue you mentioned with your laptop not turning on, this would likely need to be checked in and possibly sent to our service center for complex hardware repairs depending on what they find.

Best Buy's standard TV Connect and Mount service includes removing and relocating an existing mount, so you would not need to pay extra for that part of the job you describe. Totaltech members get a 20% discount off services for existing devices (like the 3-year old 55" TV you have). So, that service would discount from the standard fee of $250 down to $200 if you bought a Totaltech membership at the same time. OR (I like this option), find an extra TV you might like to purchase for less than $200 (they exist), purchase that one and a Totaltech membership, and schedule the TV Connect and Mount as you describe at the same time (eg, for the 55"). In home services are free, if scheduled with a corresponding TV purchase, so take that $200 we would charge you for an a la carte service, and get a "free" TV out of it instead.
