Q: QuestionIf my brand new Samsung refrigerator has been leaking water since I bought it 5 months ago, and Geek Squad came out to repair it 3 times but couldn’t fix the issue, do I get to exchange this lemon fridge for a replacement under my total tech plan?

• A:Answer Read your Protection Plan, locate termology related to "fix or replace" or something very close. Contact Samsung, you should have a manufactuer's(?) warranty. Samsung repairman will come out to service your appliance; if issue not corrected, they will replace. I had a year old washer with unsolvable issue, Samsung replaced the washer with brand new updated model. That was two years ago, not problem since.

• A:Answer if you're on a computer browser go to your account dashboard and then go to renewal options, and that's where you can turn off auto renewal. Literally spend your $200 anywhere else. The membership is not what it used to be.

• A:Answer I believe that you have to pay it since you didn't get TV when you had the membership. And you can actually go to your purchases in your best buy purchase and tells you if it does (I think?!).
