If an agent has taken a look already and recommended not repairing it (for example parts no longer available or due to age) then we can recycle the computer for you to properly dispose of it. If the computer is repairable they can discuss repair options with you based off what item failed on the device. We can also attempt to back up the data in store to put onto an external hard drive so you can keep items like your pictures from that device.
