I didn't need the Geek squad, it transferred itself
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly, I don't know about them coming to your home to do it but it should be possible. I dropped of my old laptop for them to reset as I was unable to do it at home, (some issues with laptop) as I had already transferred all the data to my new laptop and it didn't cost me anything as it's included with the BBT membership.
