I recently purchased a new Laptop computer at Best Buy. I had Web Root on my old computer and had made arrangements to continue my virus protection with them for another year. The Best Buy Total Membership tech. Looked up my Member ID# and My Web Root Code and they transferred it to my new Laptop they were setting up for me. Very easy process.

To transfer your Webroot subscription to a new PC, you need your Webroot keycode and an active subscription. Log into your Webroot account, download the installer, and run it on the new computer, entering your keycode when prompted. If you need to free up a license, deactivate the software on the old computer by going to the "Manage Keycodes" or "PC Security" section of your online account or within the software itself.
