Does Total Tech cover installation null

I am not sure what you mean by installation. Total tech covers assistance and online with installing software, transferring data from one computer to another and set up of ne computers, both in the store and online. The online tech support is excellent and can handle most installation issues, to include changing settings to meet changing needs.

If you pay for it separately, yes. It is not included in membership, but it used to be included.
