- Answer No. Worked well for me on the cat hair in our house. And the dirt cups/filters are easy to empty to limit the amount of dirt and hair that are spread around when you dump everything into the trash.

- Answer Easy peasy. You can do a one press release of the cup from the vac, and one press to open the trap door of the cup to let it all go into the trash. The filters are washable.
