- Answer Personally I wouldn’t use any other cleaner than what Bissell recommends. Machines I find work better if direction/operation instructions are followed . The Crossover suction is great.

QuestionDoes this work on sealed concrete floors? Also, does it work with other cleaning solutions? We can only use pH neutral cleaners on our floor because of the sealer.

QuestionI found this round rubber plug on the bottom of the box when I unpacked my new Crosswave Pet Pro. I am afraid to try using the Crosswave until I find out what this is. What does it go to? It is approx 9/16' at the widest point and 3/8' tall.
