QuestionI bought this Bissell unit 10/25/24 & loved it. However, I just went to use the unit & the entire handle is coming off. The internal plastic has suddenly cracked & when you pull back on the unit it completely comes apart with the water jug. Suggestions??

- Answer I would not recommend this on hardwood floors even though it doesn’t leave much water or moisture as it shampoos. I don’t think it would be good for hardwood floors but any other type of carpet is excellent
