• It has a regular plug which will go in wall socket. But it can be charged and taken to car for cleaning.

• If your car has a regular plug like the one we use in the home you can use it if your battery runs low. I don't recall of it comes with a cigarette lighter adapter. If not I would ask if an adapter can be bought but luckily for me I have a regular outlet to charge. If you can buy an adapter for the car I would highly suggest you buying it because this is one amazing power auctioning machine.
