• A:Answer Yes this unit is rechargable and comes with a charger and wall caddy. The charging unit fits right into the caddy so when the unit is hung up, it is charging. I love it.

Q: Questionlithium or nicad batterylithium or nicad battery? If nicad, any problems with battery memory if use only occasionally but leave plugged in?

• A:Answer I am not sure which type of battery it has because it does not state on the body of the vacuum and I don't have the box. I have not had any problems with the battery and usually leave it plugged in until I use it. I have not had it die on me though after continual use.
