Hi there, Sounds like your BlendJet's just in lock mode and exiting lock mode should do the trick. Exit lock mode, you'll want to hold the power button for about three seconds and once you see the blue flashing light, you'll want to immediately release the button. If you click the button, it should be in blend mode. This is a wonderful feature to assure your BlendJet doesn't turn on while you're drinking from it, or while being transported in a backpack/bag.
