• A:Answer Hello Black, The Blink outdoor 4 will reach up to 100 Feet using the Blink Synch Module Core. This distance may very depending on the layout of your home or yard. The devices work on a 900MHz band so distances can differ property layout to property layout. If you find that the 100 Ft is not sufficient we do offer the Blink Synch Module XR which offers distances up to 400 ft, again, depending on layout of the property and location of the synch module. Here are some troubleshooting steps: The Blink Outdoor 4 Wireless is designed to last 2 years on two AA 1.5V non-rechargeable lithium metal batteries. It is possible the wrong batteries were installed. The operating temperatures are between -4° to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C), the batteries could lose power quickly if it is colder or warmer than those temperatures. The camera could be in a high motion area, which could drain battery. Check the motion zones to change. It could need a refresh restart. Remove/delete the camera and reinstall. Hope these tips help!
