Yes, there is a small switch in the battery compartment.

The blue recording light is hardware-based and therefore cannot currently be turned off on the Blink indoor cameras. If you prefer, you can certainly cover this light with a piece of tape to block it - this will not impact the operation of the camera. We have introduced a hardware-based switch on the Blink XT camera for the option to turn this light on or off depending on your preference.
