“Just purchased this one, ATT rep saying since this phone has 3G compatibility it won't work with the ATT network. Does anyone know if we can call their customer care and still make it work?”

This phone also has 4G LTE capability. It will work on an existing account, but AT&T will not allow it on a new line.
