A:AnswerIt should but I noticed this phone Bluetooth connection is really bad and volume is very low eventhough the volume is set to the highest voice keeps breaking and lots of noise. I never had this issue before with the pother brands I used before.

A:AnswerCorrupt software. Return to Best Buy for refund. If 14 days are up you must go through BLU. They will have you send phone back under warranty to a dealer. Take pictures of your phone before sending it back and proof of sending. Check dealer ratings.
