QuestionCan I plug this into my iPhone or do I need to purchase other things to connect the microphone? I want to film ASMR and practice my vocals but my computer doesn't have the software I use to edit my videos, so I need to use my iPhone.

- Answer You will need to purchase a USB Adapter. I record ASMR on my ipad so it is a similar scenerio to yours.

- Answer You mean wind proof? No you’ll need a microphone cover or a pop filter in addition to the mic. Both very inexpensive.

- Answer You SHOULD be able to use this with one of Apple's Lightning/USB adapters (MD821AM/A, MK0W2AM/A, or MD820AM/A) or possibly your iThingie's included cable and a USB-A to microUSB adapter. Blue does make a couple mics specifically for iOS devices, so their tech support should be able to answer this with more authority.

- Answer Yes, this item comes with the cord and stand as shown. You will need to get/use a plug in set of ear buds or headset to hear yourself record with it. It works well for recording voice overs for PPT presentations and video. You can use any available recording program, such as Audacity, to record or record right in PPT.

QuestionWhen I plug in the Yeti mic I can't head anything with or without head phones unless I unplug it. I can record myself (I am using Waves) but if I want to play back the recording I can't hear it unless I unplug the mic.

- Answer You should be able to hear the playback of your headphones are plugged into the mic. If not, you will need to unplug the mic in order to hear the playback.
