A:AnswerThis particular model is the loudest of them all. It’s not that loud, but definitely noticeable, however, the section on it is the strongest of all of their vacuums, so it’s give-and-take.
I have to use this version because I need the extra suction due to a lot of pet hair in my house. I run mine every morning and it does an amazing job on carpet as well as flat floors.
If you need just light to medium duty, you could look at some of the other models that might be quieter. I know the Slam version actually has like a quiet mode you can put it into, but then you lose suction power so you have to judge which one of their models is best for your particular needs.
A:AnswerI suggest that for questions like this, you just get the BobSweep company a call. They are so nice and will answer all your questions and then some and you’ll have a new friend for life as well.
A:AnswerDoesn’t do well on Hipile / Shag Carpet. I found Lower Pile Does Best as Well as any type Flooring .. Yes it will go from Our Carpet to Flooring..
A:AnswerNo Not that I’m Aware of, I did do Multiple Searches Lookin for that Option & haven’t found Any in this Brand to Date as Of Time of Purchase 12/20/2021
A:AnswerThese vacuums will not work on a shag rug. I can’t think of a vacuum that would work on a shag rug, but just thinking outside the box. I would say to begin by taking it outside and shaking it out. The other thing you could do would be to buy one of those mini powerful blower things (I will attach a picture of the one I have that I also bought from BestBuy).
Another suggestion would be to buy one of those cans of carpet freshener cleaner spray. That is non-vacuum (I will attach a picture of the one I have this as well).
So basically, if you put a BobSweep vacuum on a shag rug I’m pretty sure it would just get all wound up in stock and then turn off and say something feels funny in my and state which part of its little robot, vacuum body your shag rug would be stuck in. ;)
A:AnswerAnd, in searching other retailers, they have the original price as $399....maybe that $800 price was a misprint, or they wanted the sale price to look incredible!
A:AnswerI think it would do well with concrete given. There isn’t a ton of dirt. My bObsweep pet hair plus vacuum does most of its work on laminate fake wood flooring and does a really good job of it.
