Juice makes the little bot return back to its charging station to 'juice' up. If you place the bot in a specific dirty area you want cleaned and press waffle, the bot will clean the area by going back and forth in a dimension of about 3ft by 3ft (so like the lines between the squares on a waffle).

waffle is a spot clean mode and literally makes the vac travel in an up down left right pattern within a 3 or 4ft. squared area, just like the pattern on a waffle.
the juice button is supposed to send the unit back to the charger, to recharge.

Waffle does a back-and-forth random cleaning pattern in an small area...like if you have a spill you can take the bot over, put it on top of the mess and hit waffle to clean it up. Juice tells the bot to stop cleaning and drive itself back to the base unit for charging.

Waffle starts the bobi to clean a small piece of area (3 feet). Juice returns the bobi to it's charging station (has to be fairly close to the station to work - that had been my experience).
