• I had the same problem when I 1st activated my HTC Desire 510. All you need to do is call BOOST customer service so they can activate your voicemail.

• I had the same problem. Look on the back of your box for the Boost Customer Service #. They'll have it taken care of quickly.

• You have to contact customer service. I'm not sure what they did but my vm started working after I called.

• hey, i had the same problem. Just call Boost Customer service from a different phone so they can activate your voicemail.
