IEEE 802.11 is the official standard for what is commonly called wifi. Whenever the IEEE modifies a specification they add an appendix to the end. The appendix's are given letters. That is what the b, g, n are. At the moment "n" is considered the latest standard for wifi gear, or 802.11N. N is backward compatible to b and g. So what the specification is telling you is that if you have a router that supports any of 802.11 b, g or n the tablet will work with it.
