Hi dee. Thank you for your question. Bosch does use Bosch Certified Repairman. Some are from Third Party Repair Companies and some are our own. The best way to find a repair person in your area is go to our website: www.bosch-home.com/us.Then click on Owner Support, Go to Find a Servicer. You can then find a Service Repairman in your area.
