“Hi. I have my Bosch WAT28400UC series 300 washer installed and plugged. TRIED to run the DRUM CLEAN program before washing a load. It won't start. I checked child lock feature, the door is properly closed, it has power, I pressed the START/PAUSE BUTTON”

Hi Diana, According to the manual...Run the Drum Clean cycle with no laundry to clean the system before your first load of laundry. First add 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to the main wash chamber 2, the one on the left. Then run the Drum Clean cycle. Initially, I used some Oxi Clean powder in the drum. Try this I hope it works for you Thanks
