QuestionWe purchased our 500 series 5/21/22. Since set up I can hear an intermittent noise (other than emptying/filling cycle) coming from the ice maker area. occasionally. Otherwise, it's very quiet when running.. Is this normal?

- Answer Hi Jedd, thank you for your question regarding Model:B36CD50SNS. Per the Use and Care Guide: Normal noises - Droning: A motor is running, e.g. refrigerating unit, fan, water valve is activated. Bubbling, buzzing or gurgling: Refrigerant is flowing through the tubes. Clicking: Motor, switch, solenoid valves or water valve are switching on or off. Cracking: Automatic defrosting is running. Clattering sound: Ice cubes from the ice maker are falling into the ice cube bin. To prevent noises, they suggest the following: Appliance is not level: Align appliance. The appliance is not "free-standing": Make sure the appliance is not touching other surfaces and the minimum clearances are observed. Bins, shelves or storage compartments wobble or stick: Check the removable equipment and re-insert if required. Bottles or containers are touching each other: Move bottles or containers away from each other. QuestionThe specs say there is an ice maker in the fridge and the freezer yet I saw another question on her where you responded there was only 1 ice maker?

- Answer My model only has 1 ice maker. However, there is an ice bin in the freezer so you can empty the ice maker so it can keep making ice. This is a great ice maker. Fastest I’ve ever had. I get an alert on my phone when I need to empty the ice maker so I always have a lot of ice. Love it!

QuestionThe dimensions on this Bosch 500 indicate that the depth is 31.5 inches. Is that correct? That would not be a true counter-depth refrigerator.

- Answer compared to my last counterdepth fridge from kitchen aid , one can argue that it is about an inch out. but it is not noticeable at all
